Mango Rice
| Ingredients
Rice - 2 cups Raw mango - 1 Methi - 1/4 tsp Red chillies - 5 Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp Salt - To taste Oil - 5 tsp |
Method:
1.Cook rice and keep it aside. 2.Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds methi, red chillies, asafoetida and salt make it powder. 3.Add this mixture to the cooked rice with grated mango. Serve hot. |
