Mixed Masala Dhal Vada
| Ingredients
Chana - 1cup Spilt peas - 1cup Urad dhal - 1cup green dhal - 1cup Dhoor dhal - 1cup Ginger small piece Garlic - 4pieces Onion - 2 Egg - 1 coriander leaves - 1cup Mint - 1/2cup Green chillies - 6 curry leaves - 3/4 cup Oil - 1/2 litre Salt to taste. |
Method:
1.Put all the dhals in water and soak it for 6 hrs. 2.Grind all the dhals in corsi. 3.Grind green chillies,ginger,garlic 4.Cut onions into small pieces,coriander leaves,curry leaves. 5.Mix well egg. 6.Add salt 7.Mix all in one bowl. 8.Take one pan and pour 1/2 litre. 9.And shallow fry in oil. For this you can use mint chuttney or any chuttney.
