Fish fry

Ingredients
  • Corn flour
  • Lime juice
  • Chilly powder
  • Garlic paste
  • Food colour [red]
  • Pepper powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt

Method

  1. Clean the fish & keep aside. Mix all the masalas together & coat the fishes.Allow it to marinate for
    atleast one hour.Shallow fry the fishes in low flame & serve it hot. We can refrigerate & cook it later
    or the next days.
