| 4 cups cooked rice 1/2 carrot (cut into thin strips) 1/2 celerey (cut into small cubes) 2 cabbage leaves (shredded) 1 green chilli (remove seed and sliced) 1 red chilli (remove seed and sliced) 1 onion (sliced) Salt Oil Cucumber (sliced) Tomato (sliced) Method In a wok, pour little oil and saute the onion till golden brown and then add the vegetables and stir till 3/4 cooked. Sprinkle little water if needed. Now add the sliced chillies and add rice. Stir well and add salt to taste. Serve with chilli sauce and garnish with sliced cucumber & tomato. |
