Stuffed Bun

Ingredients
  • Buns - 2
  • Onions - 2
  • Fresh Vegetables - Beans, Carrots, Peas (total 500g)
  • Oil - 2 T Spoon
  • Salt - to Taste
  • Chilli Powder - 1 T Spoon
  • Fresh Corionder Leaves

Method

1. First Cook Onions and Vegetables. Add Salt and Chilli Powder and add fresh Corionder Leaves. Set aside.
2. Cut the Buns in to two and Scoop it out. Fill it with the cooked Vegetables. Close the Buns. Put it in a Tawa. Put Little Ghee and Toast the Buns.

This will be a Nice morning breakfast. All of you Try and taste it. Bon Appetite.
