Rajma -Kidney beans

Ingredients
  • Rajma
  • Onions
  • Tomato
  • Jeera (or) Mustard for tempering
  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Garam Masala (if needed).

Method

1.Boil Rajma Kidney Beans 1/4 kg for two persons.
2.In a pan fry the mustard (or) jeera and whn it starts
spluttering add the onions and tomatoes..let it get cooked.
3.Add turmeric and garam masala if needed and salt to it.
4.When the onions and tomatoes are ready put rajma in it and add some water and leave it to simmer.

This Rajma goes well with rice and chapatis also.
