- Chutney

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 BIG ONION
  • 1 TOMATO
  • CURRY LEAVES
  • CORIANDER  [AS U WISH]
  • SALT
  • SUGAR 1/2 SPOON
  • CHILLI POWDER 1 SPOON
  • GARLIC 5 PIECES & TAMARIND 1 PINCH.


METHOD:

GRIND ALL THE ABOVE ITEMS IN A MIXIE.

TO FRY:

    HEAT THE KADAI & POUR SOME OIL & PUT THE CUSTARD, TOOR DAL, GRAM DAL , CURRY LEAVES & THE ABOVE GRINDED PASTE. STIR WELL UNTIL THE COLOUR BECOMES RED. SERVE FOR IDLY & DOSA.
