- CHILLI POWDER 1 SPOON
- GARLIC 5 PIECES & TAMARIND 1 PINCH.
METHOD:
GRIND ALL THE ABOVE ITEMS IN A MIXIE.
TO FRY:
HEAT THE KADAI & POUR SOME OIL & PUT THE CUSTARD, TOOR DAL, GRAM DAL , CURRY LEAVES & THE ABOVE GRINDED PASTE. STIR WELL UNTIL THE COLOUR BECOMES RED. SERVE FOR IDLY & DOSA.
