Lucky Balm
Not only do bamboo stalks come in varied sizes, shapes, designs, they also make for good interior decor objects.

Break the monotony. The regular paint on the walls, bric-a-brac in corner, wall hanging or a painting with a splash of incoherent colours. A bunch of pots in another corner. Such routine stuff, you say.

The market is flooded with several new designs that hold promise of adding a new dimension to the way the living space at your place look. One such interior decor item is the natural bamboo that is also referred to as lucky bamboo.

These slender bamboo stalks come in a varied size, shape and design and make for a good interior decor object. Not occupying much space, they do not put holes in your pocket either for procuring them or towards maintenance.

The table top greenery does not clamour for fertiliser, yearn for sunlight or the soil for that matter. Just provide some water to nourish and they stand beautifully oozing a charm of their own. Incidentally, the lucky bamboo is one of the most favoured item of Feng Shui lovers as it is supposed to usher in lots of luck. Golden Rose, the store at MPM Mall lobby collection of these lucky bamboo stalks, has a wide range from Rs. 150 to Rs. 5,000. Some come twisted into a coil, some set in heart shape, some others designed as pyramids and what not.

How to prepare the lucky bamboo stalks? Take a pottery container or a glass, fill it with marbles, glass nuggets and have the stalks in the middle.

Marbles, small pieces of rocks or any other suitable filling material of your choice can also be added. And then add water to the container and ensure that every stem has the aqua.
