What is the minimum and maximum purchase that can be made in

There is no minimum purchase requirement. There is no maximum limit either. However, for your own safety against misuse of your credit card, we may require additional details before shipment.

How do I make payment?

We accept Visa and Mastercard billed in US Dollars. This means that if you live in country where there are no exchange restrictions (USA, Canada, most of Europe, Australia, Middle East, Far- East) you will be able to use our mall. If you live countries with exchange restriction, you may send us a bankers check. If you live in India, you may send us a Demand Draft for the equivalent Indian Rupee.

Will my credit card number be kept confidential?

Your Credit Card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secure, powered by CGI scripts capable of processing Credit Card transactions insuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted.


How do I know that you have correctly registered the order placed ?

After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail confirming each order registered with us. Please check your e-mail and if you need any correction, you can email us before the items are shipped.

How are the items delivered ?

All the items will be hand delivered to the door.

How long does it take for the products to be delivered within India?

We usually need 1 to 7 business days for delivery depending on the product and delivery address. But in special cases we do our best to speed up delivery as quickly as possible.

  • For Countries not mentioned above Estmitated delivery time will vary from 7-10 days.
  • The delivery time given is for shipments sent through Express Speed Post only. If a particular Country does not have Speed Post facility then the shipment will be sent through Registered Air Mail and delivery time will be 12-15 days. The customer will be informed on the mode prior to sending the shipment.
  • The Estimated Delivery Time is based on previous order delivered over a period of one year(last 12 months)
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in delivery of the shipment. The reasons could be transit delays, customs held ups, loss in transit etc.
  • We will provide a full refund if there is an inordinate delay in delivery of the shipment.
  • All efforts will be taken to keep the customer informed about the status of the shipment.

Is delivery possible on Holidays and Sundays?

On Sundays and Public Holidays in India, no delivery of items through courier is possible. Deliveries will be made either on the previous day or the next day. In case of flowers/cakes/chocolates and a few select items, efforts are made to deliver even on Sundays / Holidays. But we do not commit on assured delivery on these days.

Can you guarantee the date of delivery?

We take all efforts to deliver the gifts on time. But sometimes, when we run out of stock of the ordered items, delivery might be delayed. Be assured that such conditions occur rarely. For assured delivery on the specified date, order at least a week in advance. How do I know that the item has been delivered on-time ?

After the delivery we will send you a confirmation of delivery by e-mail. Are there any additional delivery charge ?

None. Our charges are all inclusive! No extra charges for urgent delivery, delivery on Sunday's or holidays. Can I send some message along with the gift ?

Yes, you can send message along with your gifts. Just type in your message in the "message" field while placing the order and a personalised card will accompany your gift. Can the recipient send me a return message ?

Yes, the recipient can send a return message to you. We'll request all recipients to fill in the return message for you in the delivery confirmation memo and we shall e-mail it to you.

Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel an item before it enters the shipment process. Usually if you email us within 24 hours of placing the order, we will be able to cancel your item(s) and refund your card account.
